Responsibilities

金融サービスのITサービスマネジメントに関する下記業務をお任せいたします。

• 継続的なサービス運用及び品質改善を行うスキームの検討・構築
• 効率的なサービス運用にむけた標準化検討・適用の推進
• サービス運用（変更管理、問題管理、インシデント管理等）
• 金融決済サービスにおける横断的な開発プロセス、ルールの整備と実行支援
• 部門横断的な品質向上に向けたITサービスマネジメント
• 管理職としてのチームマネジメント、メンバー育成

Requirements

必須条件:

• 大規模なシステム開発もしくはシステム運用のご経験
• 10名以上のマネジメント経験

10.6 - 12.1 million yen
