Responsibilities

会計・税務・財務分野における以下のような決算業務およびプロジェクト型業務を課内のメンバーと対応いただきます。
業務内容：

• 支払請求書処理、従業員立替精算処理、請求書発行
• ファームバンキングシステム等を利用した振込業務、入出金管理
• 固定資産管理
• BPO先の指導
• 研究開発費管理、原価計算
• 会社法・IFRSによる（月次・四半期・年次）決算確定
• 会社法計算書類作成、監査法人対応
• 税務申告、税務調査対応（法人税、地方税、消費税、事業所税、償却資産税等）
• 移転価格税制をはじめとする国際税務対応
• 子会社投資管理、親会社としての子会社ガバナンス
• 連結決算（IFRS）
• 国内外におけるビジネスに係る経理・税務処理方針、処理方法の確立
• 取引担当部署のサポートや提言
• 新システム導入等の各種プロジェクト型業務への参画　等

Requirements

必須要件：

• 事業会社における経理業務（会社法&IFRS）、税務申告業務、財務業務の経験（10年以上）。
• お一人で大会社の計算書類、税務申告書を作成できるスキル
• 新ビジネスの経理・税務方針、処理方法の検討、確立の経験
• 新会計基準、税制改正への対応推進の経験
• 会計システム導入等プロジェクトへの参画経験
