Responsibilities

予算編成プロセスのサポートと調整、財務報告および分析の作成、担当エリアにおける生産性向上の提案を行うことです。

• 人用または動物用医薬品事業の管理会計全般のサポート
• 予算計画の推進
• 各種予算会議資料の作成
• 事前分析および改善提案の策定
• 標準コスト管理、コスト改善業務のサポート
• 月次および年次決算業務のサポート
• 各種レポートおよび分析資料の作成
• 各種プロジェクトへの参加およびサポート
• 海外本社の損益計算書ガイドラインおよび各種規制、日本の各種法令の遵守

Requirements

必須条件：

• 経営学・経済学などの4年制大学卒業
• 会計および/または予算編成での少なくとも4年の経験（管理会計の経験が望ましい）
• 日商簿記検定2級または同等の経験・スキル保有者
• ネイティブレベルの日本語力、ビジネスレベルの英語力
