Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 臨床開発部門における業務効率化や高度化、患者中心の臨床試験の実現に貢献するデジタル・ITソリューションの企画提案、導入プロジェクトのリード

Requirements

必須要件：

• 業務改善・課題解決のためのビジネス分析とソリューション提案の経験
• ITプロジェクトマネジメントの経験（ユーザー企業側が望ましい）
• 立場の異なる多様なステークホルダーを巻き込み業務を進めた経験
• 上記業務等における英語での海外との業務経験があればなお良い
• ITプロジェクトマネジメントに関する基本的な知識（PMBOK等）
• ITシステム開発方法論に関する基本的な知識（ウォーターフォール、アジャイル等）
• コミュニケーションスキル（課題解決に向けた対話と合意形成）
• 英語力（ビジネスで利用できるレベル）
• 臨床開発プロセスに関する基礎知識があればなお良い
