Responsibilities

• 各現場の業務課題を洗い出し、関連する既存データを活用ながら業務改善・DXにつなげるPoC、検証を実施
• 部門や機械学習エンジニアなど他職種とのプロジェクトをリードし、実装に向けた検証を進める（要件定義／設計／実装）
• RAGの開発・運用を始めとした生成AIを活用した業務改善の適応検討（※経験に応じて）

Requirements

必須条件：

• データサイエンティストとしての基礎知識をお持ちの方（データを活用・分析して業務を進めた経験）※業種・業界は不問
• 業務高度化・効率化などのDXに関わるプロジェクトリーダーとして業務を行った経験

歓迎条件：

• E資格・統計検定準1級をお持ちの方
• 生成AIの活用経験・システム導入／構築経験
• データに基づく課題解決や意思決定を実践するための基本的な知識と経験
• 英語でコミュニケーションが取れる方
