Responsibilities

• Senior Managerとして、プロジェクト・プロダクトの方向性の決定に積極的に関与しながら、QCDの観点で責任をもって課のマネジメント
• 協力関係にある他社や社内の他部署と連携や交渉を自ら進め、よりよいアウトプットを迅速に提供するために尽力
• ビジネス（事業）を担当するメンバーと協議して、企画から開発タスクの優先順位付けをし、サービスインまで責任を持つ
• チーム全体の生産性を向上させるために、採用や教育を通じて次世代リーダーの育成
• 管理する課の予算やその執行状況を管理し、社内で求められる対応やレポート提出

Requirements

必須条件：

• ソフトウェア開発経験10年以上
• プロダクトマネジメントまたはプロジェクトマネジメント経験 5年以上
• ピープルマネジメント経験5年以上
• 3名以上のマネージャーやリーダーをマネジメントした経験
• 予算管理経験
• ビジネスレベルの日本語力

• 物流業界の知識
• E-Commerceサービスを提供した経験（B2C,C2C、B2B2C）
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
