Responsibilities

• 論理的に順序付けられた製品と機能のロードマップ開発
• 製品の改善活動および開発管理のサポート
• 自社製品に関わるビジネスメンバーなどと連携
• ビジネスニーズに応じて、システム企画、システム要件定義、製品設計、UI 設計
• 定義された KPI に基づいて製品の成功のための開発サイクルをサポート
• エンジニア、デザイナー、インフラ担当者などの開発者と連携
• システムリリース後のサービスの実装とサポート
• 数値的および／または非数値的手法の両方で評価できる方法で、製品とプロジェクトの進捗状況と結果を事業主に報告

Requirements

• 製品管理経験3年以上、または同等の経験
• ビジネスメンバー、エンジニア、テストエンジニア、インフラ担当者、デザイナーなどと連携し、サービス立ち上げに携わった経験
• システム定義やシステム設計など、ビジネス要件を分析し、ドキュメントで正確に入力できる方
• データを活用して意思決定や提案を行うことができる方
• プロジェクトにコミットする能力と情熱。 
• 関係者を巻き込みながらコミュニケーションできる能力。  
• 常に顧客満足度の最大化を考え、今取るべき行動を決定できる能力。 
• 予期せぬ事故やシステムトラブルにも対応できる能力。

• ビジネス システムの製品管理経験
• EC分野での製品管理経験
• アジャイル開発経験
• 物流業界に関する知識
