Responsibilities

• ビジネスデベロプメント
  • 日本市場へのマーケティング戦略策定、プロモーション
  • 顧客開拓、新規DX案件セールス、コンサルティング提案
  • 人財採用、人財育成、GlobalLogic海外メンバーとのチームダイナミクス構築
• プロジェクトデリバリー
  • 新規サービスのアイディエーション、プロダクトビジョン・ロードマップの定義
  • カスタマージャーニー分析、UX/UIデザイン、データ分析、インサイト導出
  • アジャイル開発、デジタルエンジニアリングのマネジメント、PMO
• なお、今回募集の生成AI・AIエージェントに関するテクニカルコンサルタントとしては、以下のロールを中心に担当。
  • 顧客事業課題と業務要件の分析・定義
  • データ分析、インサイト導出、データ活用プラットフォーム検討
  • 生成AI・AIエージェントの最新動向調査・分析・評価
  • 生成AI・AIエージェントのデモシステム構築
  • 生成AI・AIエージェントの顧客提案、顧客業務への導入
  • 生成AI・AIエージェントの開発、運用、改善（最新AI技術の適用） 等

Requirements

必須条件：

• 英語と日本語でのコミュニケーション能力
• 下記いずれかのスキル・経験（ConsultantクラスからDirectorクラスまで幅広く募集しますので、スキル度合い・経験年数は問いません。ご経験に応じてクラスをオファーさせて頂きます）
• データアナリティクス
• 生成AIの評価・開発・運用
