We are a business consulting firm wholly owned by a major Japanese manufacturing company and are the core company of the group's worldwide operations. Our primary services include strategy development, management support, and business process improvement, and we support a wide variety of industries including social infrastructure, public sector, manufacturing, distribution, services, IT, finance, and smart cities. Responsibilities

日本企業の新規事業・サービスの立上げやDX推進を、お客様・グローバル人財とOne Teamで推進します。事業立上げ段階ですので、ビジネスデベロプメントとプロジェクトデリバリーの２つの業務があります。（多様なメンバーとのチームワークで推進しますので、下記いずれかを担当）◇ビジネスデベロプメント

• 日本市場へのマーケティング戦略策定、プロモーション
• 顧客開拓、新規DX案件セールス、コンサルティング提案
• 人財採用、人財育成、海外メンバーとのチームダイナミクス構築

◇プロジェクトデリバリー

• 新規サービスのアイディエーション、プロダクトビジョン・ロードマップの定義
• カスタマージャーニー分析、UX/UIデザイン、データ分析、インサイト導出
• アジャイル開発、デジタルエンジニアリングのマネジメント、PMO

なお、今回募集のテクニカルアーキテクトとしては、以下のロールを中心に担当。

• 顧客事業課題と業務要件の分析・定義
• テクニカルソリューションのデザイン、評価・分析
• アプリケーションアーキテクチャの評価・分析、マネジメント
• クラウドアーキテクチャの評価・分析、マネジメント
• アジャイル開発のマネジメント（Product Owner、Architect、Techリードなど）
• レガシーモダナイゼーションの移行戦略策定
• レガシーアプリケーションの評価・分析 等

Requirements

必須条件:

• 英語と日本語でのコミュニケーション能力

下記いずれかのスキル・経験（ConsultantクラスからDirectorクラスまで幅広く募集しますので、スキル度合い・経験年数は問いません。ご経験に応じてクラスをオファーさせて頂きます）

• テクニカルアーキテクト

• アジャイル開発マネジメント
