Responsibilities

【世界各国で航空・宇宙・自動車・防衛・発電プラントや交通システムなど大規模インフラを手掛ける日本を代表するグローバル企業／海外売上比率58.1％（2023年度）】
◆業務内容：お持ちのご経験・スキルをもとに、以下いずれかのポジションをご対応頂きます。

品質マネジメントシステムの構築/維持、及び品質保証計画の策定

取引先（サプライヤ）の品質審査や管理

開発・設計作業に対する品質保証業務

製品品質に関わる客先、協業先との調整

どのポジションにおいても、海外協業先とのコミュニケーションの機会（email、遠隔会議、対面会議）が多くあります。※英語スキルをお持ちの方は適性を鑑み、協業先企業や政府関係者との協議において国内のみならず、海外出張の機会が多数あります。
◆業務の魅力：

• 数十年に1度である新規の戦闘機開発にかかわることが出来ます。次期戦闘機に要求される品質をどのように保証するのか、共同開発による世界を舞台として様々な関係者の意見、知見を集約して仕組み構築していくやりがいの大きな業務です。

◆働き方

• 数名～10名程度のチームで取り組むため、入社後はOJTで仕事を覚えながらご活躍いただけます。将来的にチームリーダーとして範囲を広げ総合的に活躍いただきたいと考えています。
• ご対応頂く業務に伴い、国内出張や長期間の海外出張、将来的には海外長期駐在の可能性もございます。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 械、電気・電子、情報技術のいずれかの基礎知識を持ち、上記業務を積極的に学び取り組む意欲がある方。

※異業界からのチャレンジも歓迎です。例えば、自動車・ロボット業界出身の方の応募もお待ちしております。
■歓迎条件：

• 製造業で品質保証の業務経験がある方。 ※完成品・部品などは問いません。

または、製造業でエンジニアとしての経験がある方。

• 理工系出身者
• TOEIC600点以上
