Responsibilities

【自社開発／東証グロース上場／英会話講座や外国人ITエンジニアの転職支援等展開】
■業務概要：私達は、自社サービスを100%クラウド（AWS）上で構築し、自社開発にこだわり、サービス改善を続けています。CTO直轄のSREチームのエンジニアとして、当社サービスや『Gtalent/GitTap』で利用しているクラウド環境（AWS）の設計・運用・改善を担っていただきます。最先端のクラウドテクノロジーを使い、グローバル人材と企業をサポートするサービスを一緒に開発・運用しませんか？
■業務詳細：下記業務の実務に携わっていただきます。

• クラウド基盤の最適化（AWS上）
• サーバー運用業務の自動化促進
• CI/CD環境の構築と改善
• DevOpsの推進
• システム開発、維持に関するインフラ業務全般

■業務環境：

• ハードウェア: Mac / Windows から選択。2ndディスプレイも選択可能。
• コミュニケーション：Slack、Google Meet.
• プロジェクト管理＆ナレッジ共有：Jira、Confluence
• バージョン管理: Github
• 開発手法：Agile ScrumやKanban メソッドを適宜に使い分け
• 実装言語：PHP、JavaScript、 Golang、 Python
• インフラ構築： CloudFormation、Terraform、Docker
• 監視： Mackerel, Observability Solution

Requirements

■必須条件：

• AWSを用いたクラウドインフラ構築・監視運用経験 (目安3年以上)
• Webアプリケーションの開発経験、特にバックエンド（目安1年以上）
• 技術者レベルの英語力（フィリピン子会社のエンジニアと英語で技術のチャット等ができればよい）

■歓迎条件：

• IaC (Infrastructure as a Code) を使った自動化技術利用経験
• CI/CD 環境構築や、運用業務自動化経験のある方

※SREを実践したいけど実践の場所がないエンジニアの方大歓迎です。
