Responsibilities

グローバル化を加速する同社グループにおいて国際税務の果たす役割は重要性を増してきております。国際税務担当者として、グローバル観点での最適ストラクチャー、クロスボーダー組織再編、移転価格税制、関税の影響なども含めた最適な税務戦略の立案などに携わっていただきます。業務詳細:

• グローバル観点での最適ストラクチャー
• クロスボーダー組織再編
• 移転価格税制、２国間協議（APA）対応
• BEPS対応
• CFC税制対応
• 関税対応
• 源泉税対応
• グループ全体の税務コンプライアンス向上、税務リスク低減、税務コスト削減
• その他国内外のグループ会社における国際税務問題対応 

Requirements

必須条件:◇事業会社または税務コンサルティングファームにおいて以下いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

• 国際税務全般または移転価格経験
• クロスボーダー組織再編の経験

◇ビジネスレベルの英語能力歓迎条件:

• 税務コンサルティングファームご出身者
• 税理士資格保有者
