Responsibilities

Our mission is to maintain, improve and efficiently promote quality through strategic governance activities in system development and operational management. 
Main responsibilities:

• We will define what should be done regarding the above and systematize it by defining regulations and rules through visualization of risks and issues.
• Through systematization and ongoing education of club members, we aim to minimize the gap between rules and reality.
• In system inspections, audits, and risk assessments, you will lead improvements based on appropriate evaluations as the department coordinator.
• In addition, we will promote proactive improvement activities through monitoring.
• Improving the quality of non-functional development/operation management through non-functional definition
• Incident recovery management, problem management operation management
• Review of related regulations/rules (including coordination with related organizations)
• Training department employees on compliance/information security
• Current status assessment, planning and promotion of IT strategy and IT governance
• Compiling audits and risk assessments related to system development and operation management 
• Promoting various other improvement measures

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Experience in IT strategy/IT control/projects at IT consulting firms/SIers/business companies, etc.
• Experience in business process design/flow design
• Knowledge of various cloud services/IT
• Project management experience
• Business level or above Japanese language skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Work experience in the IT/Web industry
• Financial industry knowledge
• English communication skills (emphasis on reading and writing on Slack/email, etc.)
