■Job Resposibilities:
As the Head of Project Management, you will oversee several staff members while performing PMO duties related to EPC projects (mainly public and private water treatment plants) executed at various branch offices within the business division.
You will have approximately three direct reports.
Your responsibilities will include:
・Introducing and improving project management methods and tools (cost, schedule, and fund management/reporting)
・Supporting project managers and on-site supervisors in establishing and regularly monitoring project management methods and tools, as well as reporting
・When necessary, acting on behalf of projects to manage and report on costs, schedules, and funds
These duties will be carried out in collaboration with the business division director, head of project management, finance department, and capital investment division.
There may be occasions requiring concurrent duties or secondment to the plant manufacturer (owner side), but details will be fully explained by your recruiting consultant prior to application for your peace of mind.

■ Required Qualifications:
・Over 5 years of experience as a PM or PMO in EPC projects
※PM or PMO experience in projects involving plant construction is acceptable even if outside the water treatment industry.
※Experience in the water treatment industry is a plus.
※Experience managing large-scale projects is also acceptable, even if not EPC.
・Proficiency in Excel or Spreadsheet tools (capable of handling VLOOKUP, INDEX functions, data aggregation, summarization, and chart creation)
・Japanese language skills (business level or above)
・English language skills (business level or above)
■ Preferred Qualifications
・Experience with schedule management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
