Responsibilities

• Workdayの保守運用、並びに日本のグループ会社に対するWorkday展開の推進サポート、ビジネス要件を満たすWorkdayの利用促進／ユーザートレーニングなど
• グループ会社を含むヘルスケア各企業（国外含む）に対するWorkday導入プロジェクトを主導
• 既にWorkday導入済組織に対する各機能の展開とコンサルテーション（BPR業務）、適宜実装、運用保守、業務支援／サポート
• 内製につき、　業務の3～4割はコンサルテーション・提案活動、6～7割は実装や運用保守を想定
• グローバルコミュニケーション

Requirements

必須条件：

• 何らかの基幹・業務システムの導入におけるシステム要件定義、実装、テスト、もしくは導入後の保守運用、いずれかの経験（コンサル・システム会社・事業会社経験問わず）
• 英語ビジネスレベル（国内だけでなくグローバルプロジェクトも担当頂きます）

歓迎条件：

• 人事業務の理解や、何らか人事システム (Workday, SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors, Company 等) の導入経験
