Responsibilities

業務内容：

• チームビルディング
  • 品質と生産性の両方を高めることで、エンジニアチームのアウトプットを最大化するためのチームビルディングを行う
• ピープルマネジメント
  • グローバルなエンジニアチームにおいて、個々のエンジニアの成長環境を改善し、育成、評価、採用等を行う
• プロジェクトマネジメント
  • 当社に所属するエンジニア組織や三井住友カード株式会社のメンバーを含めて、エンジニア・ビジネスサイド・PdMチームなど各カウンターパートとの調整を行う

Requirements

必須要件：

• 10名以上のエンジニア組織の採用、育成、評価を含むピープルマネジメント経験
• エンジニアとしての実務経験5年以上
• 多国籍の開発チームと英語で協力し、プロジェクトを推進した経験
