Responsibilities

• ビジネスニーズに基づく学習コンテンツの様々な提供方法による実施（クラスルーム、ウェビナー、eラーニング、ブレンド型など）
• グローバルラーニングオペレーションの実行リード、グローバルラーニング組織運営の支援
• 新たなラーニングに関する取り組みのためのニーズ分析、コンテンツやその提供方法の提案
• 社内のステークホルダー（ビジネスオーナーや拠点人事メンバー）と連携し、要件理解および学習プログラムのグローバル展開
• 社外のラーニングパートナーの管理
• Workdayラーニング (ラーニングマネジメントシステム）のコース更新や新規コース作成
• トレーニングに関連するすべてのアウトプットの品質確保
• ドキュメント作成など、役割の範囲内でのその他の活動支援

Requirements

必須条件：

• 業務内容と同様の職務を業務の中心となって遂行した経験 (2年以上)
• インストラクター主導、オンライン、自己学習など様々な形式でのトレーニングプログラムの実装（2年以上）
• 学習関連のデータ管理及び分析
• 詳細な報告書の作成、プロセスや手順の文書化
• Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OutlookなどのMicrosoft Officeアプリケーションに高いレベルで精通していること
