Responsibilities

テクニカルスペシャリストとして、同社における Workday のグローバル展開と保守を推進・支援する。システムの機能設計、運用設計、およびコンフィギュレーションの管理を支援する。このポジションは、HCM、採用、コンペンセーション、タレント、パフォーマンス、LMSの機能的なサポートを含むがこれらに限定されないWorkdayシステム全体の運用を担当する。サービスナウから送られてくるチケットの日々の入出庫を管理し、社内メンバーやベンダーへの適切な分配を行います。担当者はまた、Workdayとの取引について常にコミュニケーションとアップデートを行い、ステークホルダーを管理する責任を負います。

Requirements
