Responsibilities

• 主にアカデミアとの共同研究によるアプリケーション開発やスケジュール管理業務
• 国内アカデミア、または民間企業への装置説明、装置デモなどの販売活動
• 海外拠点への技術情報の提供、操作トレーニングなどの海外販売支援業務
• 出張: 国内：2回／年、海外：2回／年

Requirements

• 大学や研究機関または企業などで植物細胞の研究またはアプリケーション開発の経験が2年以上ある方
• 動物および植物細胞の培養スキルがある方
• 実体顕微鏡および倒立顕微鏡の観察、操作経験がある方
• 植物細胞や植物個体にゲノム編集ツールなどの物質を導入した経験がある方
• 英会話：日常会話レベル
• 英文：日常用語レベル
• プロジェクトマネジメントスキル（プロジェクトチームや技術チームをリードし、メンバーの成長を促進する能力）
• チームリーダーシップ、文書化スキルと、円滑なコミュニケーション能力
• 技術的な内容を非技術者に対して分かりやすく説明できるスキル
• 技術的な問題解決能力とクリティカルシンキング
