Responsibilities

同行および同グループの各業務・システム部門とシステム開発子会社の懸け橋を担い、各海外地域でのビジネス戦略実現に向けたIT投資計画の策定・管理等を推進いただきます。具体的には、同行およびグループのグローバルビジネスにおいて、下記のような業務内容を想定しています。

• 新規業務施策に対するITソリューションのコンサルティング
• IT投資ニーズの一元管理および投資計画の策定、予算管理、投資行為審査
• システム開発子会社と協働での開発計画策定、および開発推進フォロー　等

Requirements

必須条件:

• システム開発プロジェクトにおける企画・要件定義経験 1年以上　※システム部門/業務部門いずれの立場でも可
• 多様な関係者との議論・調整を主導した経験、およびコミュニケーション能力・交渉力
• 海外現地スタッフ・ベンダー等とのスムーズな口頭コミュニケーションや、ビジネスミーティングのファシリテーションが可能な英語力

歓迎条件:

• 戦略策定または企画管理業務経験（システム部門/業務部門等不問）
• 資料作成およびプレゼンテーションスキル
• 海外や金融機関での業務経験
