Responsibilities

～人事に関する業務全般（採用、育成、制度設計、労務などの企画・運用）をお任せ～
■部門概要：

• Internet eXchange (IX) やIPoE IPv6 ローミング接続サービスを事業とする「BBIX株式会社」へ在籍出向いただきます。そして事業成長を支援するために、人事領域（採用、制度設計、労務など）の幅広い業務を担当いただきます。

■職務内容：※ご経験やご希望にあわせてお任せする業務を決定します。人事に関する企画、運用

• 異動、採用、育成計画、人員計画、労基、福利厚生などに関する業務
• 人事制度の設計、導入、運用
• 海外子会社の人事業務に関するサポート

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 事業会社での人事実務経験（5年以上）
• 英語力（メールのやり取り、請求書・契約書など調べながらの対応ができるレベル）

■歓迎条件：

• ビジネスレベルでの英会話力
