Responsibilities

海外調査領域責任者候補として、既存事業のリードと中長期事業計画の策定・実行をご担当いただきます。1）海外調査組織の実行責任者◎事業予算達成に向けた行動計画策定、メンバーマネジメント◎営業体制、オペレーション体制、新規プロダクト開発のリード

• 営業販促支援：営業資料整備、メルマガ・HP掲載等のマーケティング活動
• 営業オペレーション整備／支援：営業同行・営業ハンドリングサポート
• 運用オペレーション整備：オペレーションチームと連携した提供品質向上活動
• 顧客ニーズを捉えた新規プロダクト企画開発

2） 中長期事業計画の策定支援◎事業の方向性や戦略の立案◎3ヵ年のKGIおよび主要KPIの設定◎販売計画およびプロダクト開発計画の立案◎財務計画および組織計画の策定

Requirements

必須条件:

• 経営視点での戦略立案や収益計画の策定経験
• 新規事業開発や事業企画の経験（3年以上）
• 法人営業経験（3年以上）
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
• プロジェクトマネジメントスキル
• 小～中規模のマネジメント経験

歓迎条件:

• マーケティングリサーチ業界、マーケティング業界での勤務経験
