Responsibilities

■募集概要：

• 技術およびデータリスクに特化した経験豊富なIT監査マネージャーを求めています。プロジェクトをリードし、ジュニア監査チームメンバーを指導し、ローカル、地域、およびグローバルのITおよび内部監査機能において、シニアレベルのステークホルダーとの関係を管理するポジションです。

■業務内容：

• 監査計画と実行
• データ分析を活用して技術プロセスとコントロールのレビュー
• 潜在的な技術リスクの特定とそれらがビジネス目標に与える影響の評価
• リスク評価と分析
• 監査結果からの根本原因分析と管理アクションの促進
• 監査結果と推奨事項を関連するシニアマネジメントに伝えることをサポートする。
• クロスファンクショナルチームと協力しつつ監査問題の是正計画のフォローアップ

Requirements

■必須条件：※以下いずれも

• 情報セキュリティ、デジタルトランスフォーメーション、アジャイルソフトウェアデリバリー、IT運用、または新興技術リスク管理（クラウド、データ、AI）などのIT分野で7年以上の経験。
• ビジネスレベルの英語力

■歓迎条件：

• 技術リスク管理、内部監査、またはサイバーセキュリティに関する十分な理解と経験。
• 情報技術、コンピュータサイエンス、または関連分野の学士号。上級学位または認定資格（例：CISA、CISSP、CIA、クラウド、データ分析）。
