Responsibilities

■業務内容本ポジションは、同社における戦略計画の策定を主導から戦略の実行状況のモニタリングまで支援します。同社グループ間の相乗効果を生み出すための取り組みを推進します。

• 同社グループ、同社内の各社、各部門と協働し同社の戦略策定プロセスを主導する
• 同社の戦略計画の実施状況をフォローアップし、確実な進捗を図る
• 部門横断的なプロジェクトをPMとしてリードする
• プロジェクト予算の適切な配賦を企画する
• M&A機会を創出するためのイニシアティブを主導し、戦略的な成長を促進する
• 役員会の事務局業務を担当し、円滑な運営を支援する

Requirements

■必須条件：

• ビジネスレベルの英語力
• 保険会社または金融機関での勤務経験

■歓迎条件：

• 金融機関における戦略計画の策定及び実行に関する経験　
• M&Aプロセスに関する知識と実務経験
• 戦略部門やコンサルティング会社での勤務経験があることが望ましい
