Responsibilities

◆海外で保有するゲーミングライセンス対応をお任せします◆

▼業務内容：・グループが海外で保有するゲーミングライセンス（事業遂行に必要な免許・許認可）の維持対応 ・海外（主に米国）グループ会社所属のライセンス対応責任者及び社内外関係者への報告・相談・海外グループ会社へのゲーミングライセンス維持対応の説明、海外グループ会社からの情報収集・当局提出書類およびプレゼンテーション資料の翻訳・レビュー・国内外グループ会社の海外取引先調査の展開（合意形成）、運用モニタリング・その他、リスクガバナンス領域の施策のグローバル展開支援（内部通報、インサイダー取引防止等）・海外出張同行によるリアルタイム通訳対応　など

Requirements

▼必須条件：・日⇔英の通訳の実務経験（対面やオンラインで日⇔英の通訳対応が発生するため）・ビジネス英語力・日本語力（ビジネスの場で英語／日本語での対話がスムーズにできるレベル）
▼歓迎条件：・（ゲーミングを含む）海外における事業許認可の申請、維持対応経験・（ゲーミングを含む）エンターテインメント事業経験・法律事務所でのパラリーガル経験（弁護士資格の有無不問）・マネジメント経験
