Responsibilities

• チームリーダーとして数名のディーラーコーディネーターを率いて業務を牽引する。
• 受け付けたオーダーを納期通りに部品センターから出荷できるようステータ ス管理を行う。また、納期遅延やバックオーダーとなった際には、そのステータス管理も行う。
• お客さま/取引先からのオーダーに関わる各種問合せ（納期情報、バックオーダー状況 等）に対応する。
• お客さま/取引先からの各種要望（通常プロセス外の例外的なオーダー/発送 等）に対応する。
• オーダーや売上げ等に関する定期的なデータ集計 及びレポートを行う。
• 継続的な開発により変化を促し、顧客満足度を向上させる。
• 販売会社等、お客さま/取引先からの補修部品の各種オーダー(通常オーダー、緊急オーダー、超緊急オーダー 等）を受け付け、適正な納期で出荷されるようステータス管理を行う。

Requirements

■必須条件

• ロジスティクス、数学、統計学の大学の学位を取得しているか、同じ知識レベルと同等の経験
• Excelで複雑な分析（ピボット、数式、データのインポート、グラフ、マクロ）を実行し結果をわかりやすくプロフェッショナルな方法で提示するスキル
• 図面検索及び図解力
• データウェアハウスの深い知識
• エンドツーエンドの供給ネットワークに関する全体像の知識
• 問題解決方法論を使用して問題を解決する能力を備えたUDPS知識
• IT経験者優遇
