Responsibilities

• 割り当てられたカテゴリーの短期的なブランド／ビジネス目標を達成するための戦略の計画と実行をリードします。
• 割り当てられたカテゴリーのP／Lおよびブランドヘルスを管理します。
• 新しいサブカテゴリーの作成およびパイプライン開発を含む、中長期的な成長戦略の策定をリードします。
• 将来の成長のためにShebaが勝つべきエリアで、新製品の計画と市場進出戦略をリードします。
• 短期および中期の視点からシーバ全体のブランド戦略を計画するために、Shebaブランドマネージャーをサポートします。
• エージェンシー、グローバルマーケティングチーム、MJマネジメントチームなど、内部および外部の主要ステークホルダーとの関係を管理します。
• 他のマーケティングチームとの連携を強化し、マーケティングチームのエンゲージメントとパフォーマンスを向上させます。
• クロスファンクショナルチームとの協力を強化し、より効果的で効率的な方法で作業を進めます。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 最低3年のFMCGマーケティング経験または同等の経験
• 日本語と英語での強力なコミュニケーションスキル
