Responsibilities

同社関連会社のシステム戦略に関する企画・立案当社、同社関連会社のシステム案件に関する企画・開発・管理業務を担って頂ける方を募集しております。

• システム戦略の立案や企画を行い、プロジェクトの方向性を決定するためのサポートを実施
• システム開発プロジェクトにおける要件定義、設計、開発、テスト、導入、運用までの全フェーズを担当
• 海外拠点との調整やコミュニケーションを通じて、グローバルなシステム統一を推進
• プロジェクト進行中のリスク管理や課題解決に向けた対応を実施

Requirements

必須条件：

• システム開発プロジェクト経験（３年以上）
• 英語でのコミュニケーション力（ビジネスレベル）

歓迎条件：

• 要件定義フェーズから開発／導入までのシステム開発全フェーズ経験
• チームメンバーのマネジメント経験
• システムリスク管理経験
