• 事業拡大のためのマーケティング業務全般をお任せします。

業務詳細:

• 事業拡大のためのマーケティング戦略立案
• サービス／プロモーション企画立案
• 企画の実行とユーザー獲得／リテンション管理

Requirements

• マーケティング業務の経験
• 複数名のチームリードまたはプロジェクトリード経験
• 定性・定量的なデータ分析スキル（プロモーション効果測定、市場調査等）

• データ分析スキル／SQL
• Web開発のビジネス要件策定経験
• 多様なステークホルダーとの交渉／調整の経験
• 目標を可視化（数値化）し、達成に向けたPDCAを検討／遂行するスキル
• 社内外との調整／交渉及びチームビルディングスキル
• 状況変化に対するフレキシブルな対応力
• ECサービスでの実務経験
• プロジェクト又はチームマネジメント経験
• KPI設計／管理経験
• SQL／R／Python等を利用したデータ抽出スキル
