Responsibilities

• ニューヨークのコントローラーチームと連携し、日々の問い合わせやリクエストに対応するために日本の法定実体のコントローラーチームを支援します。
• US GAAPの四半期財務報告のためのリージョナルパッケージを作成します。これには、会計メモやリージョナル差異分析などが含まれます。
• AIGジャパンの非保険会社のための単独のJ GAAP財務および税務申告を行います。
• AIGジャパンの持株会社のための連結J STAT財務および税務申告を行います。
• FP&A、財務、税務、再保険、アクチュアリーなどの他のファイナンスチームと協力して、さまざまな業務を行います。
• さまざまな財務イニシアティブを推進および支援します。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 財務決算および税務申告の経験
• US GAAPおよびJ GAAPにおける財務報告の知識と経験
• 日本の税務申告に関する知識と経験（法人税、事業税、消費税など）
• 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベルの語学力とコミュニケーション力
• 海外の関係者とコミュニケーションを取り、日本のコントローラーチームを代表するスキル
• プロフェッショナルアカウンティング資格（推奨）
