Responsibilities

PFASなどの規制強化が進む化学物質を用いることなく撥水性を付与するなど、幅広い基材表面に対するユニークな無機機能層を形成させる技術の開発、および当該技術により高付加価値化した成形体事業の創出をご担当いただきます。■業務詳細：

• 関連技術調査、反応条件検討、性能評価、各種分析、特許出願等
• 業務計画立案
• 部下の指導・育成

将来的には新規テーマの企画立案や新規用途に関するマーケティングも想定しています。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 企業での無機材料開発の実務経験（３年以上）
• 特許出願経験
• 無機材料の開発経験（分析・解析技術を含む）
• 英語能力：中級以上（目安 TOEIC(R)テスト700レベル）以上
