Responsibilities

• 光学酸化物薄膜のスパッタリング成膜
• 新スパッタリング装置の装置構成構想
• 光学酸化薄膜の構造解析，光学特性測定

*実際の成膜・解析・測定業務は海外子会社で子会社メンバーが行います。日本では，成膜された膜の物性・測定された特性などのデータを解析し，次の実験・開発方向への道筋を立てていただきます。*ご入社後はまず上記のような業務をお任せしますが、将来的にはデバイス・プロセス開発に携わっていただき、適応性によってはテーマ運営やマネジメント業務をお任せします．

Requirements

■必須条件

• スパッタリングを中心とする成膜技術
• XRD, TEMなどを用いた材料解析
• 英語力：資料作成やメール等文面の読み書きが行えるレベル（目安：TOEIC 600/CEFR B1）、定例会議・出張時・メールによるコミュニケーションにおいて使用いただきます。

■歓迎条件

• スパッタリング装置の改造経験
