Responsibilities

ありたい姿を達成すべく精密DXを推進する体制を構築し発展させます。精密・電子カンパニーのDX推進を中心となって進める組織のマネジメントとリーダーシップをとり、主として、グローバルに必要なDX人材を育成しデジタル変革推進ためのロードマップ作成とそのマネジメントを行います。また、近い将来に技術統括部としての精密・電子カンパニーのDXを加速・発展するべく、DX導入部門に対しデータサイエンスやデータエンジニアリングといった専門的技術サポートを行うべく人材採用・育成を行い、組織のパフォーマンス向上を図ります。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• DX推進業務経験者
• 情報処理技術経験者

■歓迎条件：

• 製造業の生産管理系業務の経験者

※いずれも数年の短期期間でも良い。
