Responsibilities

グループのいずれかのブランドの日本事業経理担当として決算業務および取りまとめをお任せいたします。（どのブランドを担当いただくかは、選考の段階でご相談します）単に業務を行っていただくだけではなく、会社の財政状態および経営成績を総合的に把握し、経営判断に必要な情報を経営層へ直接報告いただきます。経営数値に基づく事前予測や問題解決提言を推進することもミッションとなります。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 事業会社での経理経験（年次決算含む）、または会計士として監査法人での経験のどちらか、いずれも5年以上
• TOEIC(R)テスト：700点以上、または実務使用(会話)経験
• 主体的に周りを巻き込みながら課題解決ができる力
• 高いコミュニケーション力
• Microsoft Excel（基本関数）
