Responsibilities

• 非臨床から後期臨床段階にわたるグローバルプロジェクトチームのマネジメントを担当する。
• 開発戦略、予算及びタイムラインの策定とリスク管理及び課題解決に責任を持ち、プロジェクトの意思決定を支援する
• 複数の開発品・製品に対して、LCM開発戦略の立案、実行をプロジェクトチームと共に牽引する。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 製薬企業で開発業務に５年以上従事し、プロジェクトマネジメント業務の経験がある 
• 臨床開発関連業務（DM、統計、薬事、信頼性保証等も含む）に関する基礎的な知識
• 英語でのコミュニケーション能力（TOEIC 800点以上目安）
• 国内外の新薬開発に関わる機能部所（研究・開発・製造・マーケティング等）の担当者と円滑なコミュニケーションがとれる

■尚可要件：

• 初期および後期開発品のプロジェクトマネジメント経験
• がんの薬剤開発経験があることが望ましい
