Responsibilities

SoCパッケージ基板または応用システムのPCB基板、回路、アートワークの設計をお任せいたします。※従事すべき業務の変更の範囲については、選考時に詳細をお伝えいたします。

• SoCパッケージ基板／応用システムの必要要件をインタフェース規格や製品仕様から定義する
• 必要要件に沿った、回路／アートワークの概略仕様の決定と、検証仕様の定義
• 回路／アートワーク設計を実施し、検証仕様に従い検証を実施
• 回路／アートワーク設計エンジニアとのコミュニケーション
• 開発成果物に関する技術的な報告書の作成

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 半導体システムボードのPCB基板回路／アートワーク設計知識
• シミュレーションツールによる、信号品質評価の実施経験
• 日本語もしくは英語のどちらか話せる方

■歓迎条件：

• 伝送損失、反射、クロストークなどの信号品質を左右する現象に対する理解
• メモリデバイス（DDR、FLASH、NVM）に対する一般的な知識
• MIPI、PCIeなどといった高速I/Fに対する知識・これら高速I/Fの伝送路設計経験
