Responsibilities

チップレットデバイス並びにチップレット技術を用いたシステムモジュールの開発マネージメントをお任せします。※従事すべき業務の変更の範囲については、選考時に詳細をお伝えいたします。■職務詳細

• 関係エンジニアを率い、下記アクティビティのリーディングを実施する
• チップレットデバイスシステムモジュールのアーキテクチャを検討する。
• システムアーキテクチャに従い各構成要素の要件、モジュール内/外のインタフェース仕様、電源仕様を定義する。
• 上記インタフェース仕様・電源仕様を実現する為のインターポーザ基板の開発リーディング開発デバイスを評価するためのシステムボードの仕様検討
• 回路/パッケージ/インターポーザ設計部門など、関係部署とのコミュニケーション
• 開発成果物に関する技術的な報告書の作成

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 半導体パッケージ若しくは半導体向けボードの設計知識
• SI/PIシミュレーションツールによる、信号品質評価の実施経験
• ボードレベル回路設計経験
• 日本語もしくは英語のどちらか話せる方

■歓迎条件：

• メモリデバイス（DDR、FLASH、NVM）に対する一般的な知識
• MIPI、PCIeなどと言った高速I/Fに対する知識・これら高速I/Fの伝送路設計経験
• 伝送損失、反射、クロストークなどの信号品質を左右する現象に対する知識
