Responsibilities

～黒字経営継続、自己資本比率80%越えの安定経営企業／仲間と一緒に楽しむコミュニケーションサービスを数多く提供／リモートワーク可能／フレックス／福利厚生充実～
■業務内容：同社ゲームのインド展開における、デジタル領域のユーザー獲得・育成を担当します。インド市場のユーザー行動や広告プラットフォームの特性に基づき、主にオンライン広告を通じて、ユーザーの認知から獲得、定着までを設計・運用します。※インド出張あり（年2～3回想定）
■具体的には：

• インド市場におけるユーザー獲得戦術の立案・実行（Google／Meta／Instagram等）
• インドの広告代理店との連携によるオンライン広告の運用ディレクション
• 広告クリエイティブのA／Bテスト設計・改善（CVR／LTV等のデータ分析に基づく）
• ストア最適化（ASO）のプランニングと実行
• IPコラボのデジタルマーケティング戦術の企画立案、監修対応、実行   

Requirements

■必須条件：

• BtoC向けアプリまたはデジタルサービスにおけるオンライン広告の運用、広告代理店のディレクション経験（3年以上）
• クリエイティブの効果分析や改善ディレクションの実務経験
• デジタル広告の成果指標（CPI, ROAS, LTV等）に対する基礎的な理解
• 英語での業務遂行能力（※ビジネスレベルの英会話力必須）

■歓迎条件：

• 広告代理店またはプラットフォーム（Google, Apple 等）との協働経験
• インドまたはアジア圏でのデジタル広告・マーケティング経験
