Responsibilities

• インフラ構築グループリーダ（課長クラス）
  • 開発環境、検証環境（総合試験、性能試験、移行試験etc）、商用環境、維持環境など多くの環境構築を担当する
  • 400～500人程度のSIプロジェクトにインフラ構築グループ（30名程度）のマネジメント業務全般
• 構成管理チームリーダ（主任クラス）
  • インフラ構築グループ内の構成管理チームをマネジメントする。
  • 海外パッケージベンダの資材管理、デプロイ作業の効率化（自動化含む）と作業品質の改善を図る。

  • プロジェクト案件規模：3桁億（SI構築（3年）、保守（7年））

Requirements

必須条件：

• インフラ（クラウド）構築チームのマネジメント経験
• インフラ（クラウド）構築経験
• 社内外の関係者とともにプロジェクトを円滑に推進できるリーダーシップとコミュニケーション力
• ビジネス中級英語力

歓迎条件：

• 方式系スキル全般（OS、MW、DB、NW）
• 環境調査スキル(Linux, Oracle/Cassandra SQL操作スキル)
• 通信業標準の知識
