Responsibilities

ロジスティクス系ERPシステム導入に関わるPM、およびコンサルタントを務めていただきます。ロジスティクス系ERPシステム導入に関する下記の業務をお任せします。（1）IT戦略策定支援

• 経営戦略と連動したIT施策立案、IT施策評価/優先順位付け、ITロードマップ策定をお任せします。

（2）システム企画支援

• 現行業務/システム分析、あるべき業務/システム検討、システム要求定義、RFP（提案依頼書）の作成/ベンダー決定をお任せします。

（3）システム導入提案

• 顧客要件ヒアリング、提案ソリューション検討、プロジェクト計画/要員計画/収支計画/提案書などの作成、プレゼンテーションなどをお任せします。

（4）システム導入

• プロジェクト管理（スコープ管理、スケジュール管理、コスト管理、要員管理、課題管理など）、要件定義、FIT&GAP分析、アドオン機能設計、ERPシステム設定、テスト、移行、トレーニングなどをお任せします。

Requirements

■必須条件：※下記いずれかの経験、スキルを有する方

• ERP導入プロジェクトを、プロジェクトマネジャーもしくはコンサルタントとして経験
• ロジスティクス導入プロジェクトの参加経験（要件定義から本番稼働まで）

■歓迎条件：

• GROWの導入経験
• 英語による業務遂行経験（TOEIC(R)800程度以上）
• 業務改善コンサルティング経験
