Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and manage logistics teams such as AGVs, warehouses, and conveyor lines, and formulate work plans to ensure that this section of work is delivered on time.
• Responsible for the formulation of the overall strategy of unmanned logistics in the factory, conduct new technology research, coordinate the improvement and adjustment of logistics distribution methods, improve automation efficiency, and effectively reduce logistics costs;
• The development and introduction of logistics equipment such as AGVs, warehouses, and conveyor lines will promote the improvement of automated logistics technology and the construction of standardized production lines.
• Coordinate communication and cooperation with other departments and external partners to ensure the smooth development of all sections.
• Responsible for the development and introduction of standard processes and standard equipment, as well as the formulation of roadmaps.

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• More than 10 years of work experience in the logistics industry, more than 5 years of work experience in the development of lithium battery logistics equipment (warehouse, AGV, conveyor line, etc.)
• More than 5 years of team management experience   
• Good English reading and writing and oral communication skills (CET-4 or above)
• Proficient in the use of 6Sigma, FMEA and other tools.

Preferred qualifications:

• Plus points for Japanese speaking skills
