Responsibilities

新製品導入（NPI）におけるネットワーク関連のプロジェクトマネジメントオフィス（PMO）を担当します。ネットワーク部門と連携し、プロセスの実行、変更管理、改善を行い、新製品の導入をサポートします。（1）New Product Introduction for Non-Customer Product（ネットワーク関連プロダクト開発）PMO

• プロセスの実行、変更管理、改善
• 関連部門との技術的な議論
• 各製品に対するネットワーク部門とのプロセスおよび受け入れ基準の調整

（2）New Product Introduction for Customer Product（顧客向けサービス開発）PMO

• ネットワーク関連の要件確認
• 技術ネットワークチェックリストのレビューおよびサポート

• 技術的な議論および調整
• プロジェクトの進捗状況の報告およびリスク管理

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 英語および日本語でのビジネスレベルのコミュニケーションスキル
• 優れた書面および口頭でのコミュニケーションスキル

＋以下のいずれかの経験をお持ちの方

• 3年以上のIT業界におけるプロジェクトマネジメント関連の業務経験
• MNO全体のアーキテクチャの理解

■歓迎条件：

• 通信業界のプロジェクトマネジメント経験
• 計画スキルおよび会議ファシリテーションの経験
