Responsibilities

• 国際会計基準（IFRS）に基づく連結パッケージの作成、監査対応
• 日本基準に基づく会社法計算書類の作成、監査対応
• 外国及び本邦における各国税法に準拠した税務申告・納付、税務調査対応
• 外国のプロジェクトパートナーの経理・税務担当者や現地会計事務所とのコミュニケーション。それを踏まえた適正・適法な経理・税務処理の遂行
• 同社在外拠点経理担当者とのコミュニケーション。それを踏まえた同社外国法人の経理・税務リスク管理
• 管理会計強化やM&A・資産売却時の意思決定支援等、企業価値向上への取組み

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 事業会社での経理経験あるいは監査法人での監査実務経験5年以上
• 英語を用いた外国との出張・電話・メールでのコミュニケーション経験
• 日商簿記2級以上の経理資格

■歓迎条件：

• 国際会計基準（IFRS）にを用いた経理経験
• 外国及び日本での税務申告経験
• エネルギー開発業や建設業におけるジョイントベンチャーの経理経験
• 公認会計士
• USCPA（米国公認会計士）
• 税理士
• 日商簿記1級
