Responsibilities

• トラフィックカウンターなどのシステム管理、POSシステムの導入/管理/アップグレード
• 各店舗のセルスルーや保有在庫を確認/管理、MDチームと協力し倉庫から店舗へ商品を正確に届ける
• 店舗レベルでの顧客のロイヤリティの向上
• 顧客からの苦情やコメントへの対応・ユニフォームや備品管理・店舗ストックメンバーの管理/育成、本社/店舗との情報共有
• ガイドライン/ルール/プロセスの展開
• 新規開店/移転/改装/イベントのスケジュールとフォローアップ　など

Requirements

必須条件

• ファッション/アパレル業界にて、本社側でのリテールオペレーション経験がある方
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（会話・メール）
