Responsibilities

• 外債の起債業務（目論見書作成、投資家説明会プレゼンテーション作成・ロードショーでのプレゼンテーション等）
• 決算開示
• 投資家、格付機関、会員（株主）等とのコミュニケーション、等

Requirements

必須条件：①②を満たす方

• ①以下のいずれかの業務経験3年以上
• 国内外の上場債券の起債・引受業務
• 国外向けの広報・IR業務
• 金融機関での会計関係業務（財務諸表・開示資料等作成、当局や監査法人対応等の経験）
• 監査法人もしくは税理士法人での監査・コンサルティング業務
• ②英語（TOEIC900点以上、TOEFL ibT 100点以上、または英語圏での留学経験・英語環境での業務経験）
