We are seeking for an experienced and self motivated Product Manager to join our team. 
You would be the first Product Manager for Japan working directly with the Head of Product based in the Headquarter.
You will have a lot of autonomy and would customize the product for the Japan Market whilst working closely with the global teams. 
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch, and ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals.

■Key Responsibilities：
● Develop and communicate product vision and strategy.
● Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market gaps.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products.
● Prioritize product features and create detailed product specifications.
● Manage the product development process from ideation to launch.
● Engage with customers to gather feedback and ensure a great user experience.
● Track product performance using key metrics and analytics.
● Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.

Requirements

■Qualifications：
● 3-5 years of experience in product management within the payments industry.
● Proven track record of delivering products from concept to launch.
● Deep understanding of payment processing, fintech, and related regulatory requirements.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of making data-driven decisions.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
● Strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, ensuring coordination across various teams.
● Business level proficiency in Japanese and business level proficiency in either Chinese or English..
