Responsibilities

営業社員向け保険販売用システム開発に携わっていただきます。＜具体的な業務内容＞◎ビジネス部門と協働し、ビジネスプロセスを定義、最適化していく

• 担当するプロダクトに関して、ビジネスプロセスやワークフロー、ユースケースについての知識を維持する
• 担当するプロダクトについて、コアとなるケイパビリティや機能、また制限事項について理解する
• プロセスの自動化や標準化をサポートする
• 新しいニーズを引き出し、業務及びシステム要件定義をおこなう
• 新たなテクノロジーや機能を探求し、会社の戦略にアラインすることを評価し提案する

◎システム開発やメンテナンスの調整を行い、Squad 内のオペレーション が円滑に行われること確実にする

• リリース準備（例：Release Managementへの承認を得たドキュメントの提出、レビュー実施等）と夜間もしくは早朝リリース作業
• （ビジネスに対する窓口；Single Point of Contactとして）インシデント（障害）の優先順位付けを行い対応し、根本原因の特定および問題解決のためにデベロッパー（開発者）をサポートする  

Requirements

■必須要件：

• 金融、保険システムの開発経験
• クラウド上でのオープンアプリケーション構築に関する経験
