Responsibilities

担当する事業分野の複数プロジェクトに関して次のような業務を担っていただきます。（1）プロジェクトのモニタリング担当事業分野のプロジェクトと連携し、進捗状況の把握とプロジェクトマネージャへのガバナンス上の支援。（2）プロジェクトのレポーティングプロジェクトの最新状況が適切に経営層に報告されることを確実にするための活動。（3）ガバナンス維持と改善プロジェクト管理の会議体の運営と改善。関連機能と連携した資源の最適化の支援。
＜事業内容＞

• 外科内視鏡と内視鏡処置具の製造・販売

Requirements

■必須要件：＜経験＞・製造業での新製品立ち上げのプロジェクトマネジメント経験（目安：5年程度）└他機能にわたるクロスファンクションでのプロジェクトマネジメント経験が必要となります。└業界・規模感は問いません■歓迎条件：＜経験＞・医療機器業界での経験・英語でのコミュニケーション力・ポートフォリオマネジメントに近いご経験（複数のプロジェクト管理、PMOのご経験）＜スキル＞・PM
