Responsibilities

グループ財務戦略の立案・推進を担当し、企業価値の最大化を目指していただきます。

• 資金調達戦略の立案・推進

事業拡大やM&Aなどに必要な資金調達の計画立案及び実行。金融機関や投資家との折衝。

• 財務データの分析：会社全体の財務データ（B/S、収益性、キャッシュフロー等）の分析を行い、経営陣に対して改善策を提案。
• 資本政策の立案：株主還元、資本構成の最適化を目指した資本政策の策定。
• 発行体格付の取得、管理業務
• 金融機関対応業務

上記の業務はすべて対応頂きますが、得意分野に応じて比重を変更する予定です。

Requirements

■必須条件：・事業会社での財務部門での業務経験3年以上の経験、もしくは銀行/証券での法人取引経験3年以上の経験・財務・会計に関する基礎知識・ビジネス文章の読み書きができるレベルの英語力└TOEIC(R)テスト700以上目安、スピーキングでの使用頻度少なめ■歓迎条件：・監査法人やコンサルティングファームでの業務経験・グローバルコミュニケーション能力が高い方
