Responsibilities

• 複数のECサイトの海外進出に向けた、海外法人・関係部署との折衝、タスク進捗管理、海外サービス立ち上げまでの一連をプロデューサーとして担っていただきます。
• 海外サービスローンチ後については、商品調達、サイト運用、、プロモーションプランニングを実施し、海外法人を含むパートナーと連携し売上拡大提案を行います。
• EC海外進出のスタートとなるため、裁量を持って様々な国地域でのサービス立上げに関わり、今後の海外EC事業における中核メンバーを想定しています。
• 海外事業計画・戦略の立案
• 海外法人との折衝業務、窓口業務
• 海外サービス運用業務（サイト運営サポート）
• 商品調達業務（商品営業・物流等含む）

Requirements

• 海外法人との業務経験がある方。（3年以上）
• 言語スキル（英語についてはビジネスレベル）
• 弊社事業への興味関心と、弊社の扱うコンテンツ・商材にある程度の知識がある方
• 社外海外法人および他部門とコミュニケーションしながら仕事を進められる方
• 日本エンタメ文化に関心があり、世界に向けて文化発信したい方
• 自走できる方、変革に対して抵抗がない方

歓迎要件:

• 中国語の言語スキルが持つ方
• エンタメ業界での実務経験、もしくは強い関心
• EC及びデジタル領域での新規事業・サービスへの関心
